To qualify for a $50 Coles Group & Myer Gift Card, the Referring Member must complete the online referral form using a Promo Code and the Eligible Person they refer must register their interest online and take out one of the Promoter’s hospital or combined products during the promotion period.
The new member will receive a $50 Coles Group & Myer Gift Card. The Referring Member will receive a $50 Coles Group & Myer Gift Card. The Gift Cards will be issued during the month after the new membership has been in place for 30 days. Both memberships must be financial for Gift Cards to be issued.
Directors, management and employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter.
Promotion ends at 5pm on 30 June 2012. For both the new member and the Referring Member to be eligible, the new member must have a join date on or before 30 June 2012.
